Important Rental Information
3 Day Minimal Rental
No awning usage allowed due to insurance policy, if used;
customer will be charged a $500 fee.
Renter/Driver must be 25 years or older.
Renter must agree to Terms & Conditions.
Renter must agree to Road Side Assistance for all rentals.
Tow vehicle and hitch receiver must be capable of towing trailer weight.
Tow vehicle must have 12v trailer battery charge wire
powered on 7-way plug and brake controller.
Tow vehicle liability insurance must extend to the trailer.
Allow for 48 hours to verify insurance.

Plus 7.5% taxes
Prep Fee $50.00
Sanitation Kit $12.00
Trailer Refundable Damage Deposit $200.00
Motor home Refundable Damage Deposit $500.00
Long Term Rental Damage Deposit $500.00
In addition the following fees may apply
depending on Rental Request
Dry Camp Fee $50.00
Road side Assistance $5.00 a day within 50 miles
Road side Assistance $12.00 a day outside of 50 miles
Fuel Replacement Charge $2.60 per a gallon
Beyond 150 miles fee $50.00 (Trailers)
Beyond 100 miles fee $.35 a mile (RV)
Generator usage fee $2.50 per hour
Note: All Trailers and RVs are required to have Road Side Assistance

GULF STATE RVING RENTAL CENTER NOT RESPONSIBLE POLICY:
- Gulf State RVing is not responsible for any malfunctions that happens when camper leaves the lot therefore, no money will be refunded unless it is the AC, Fridge, Furnace, or Converter. If there are any issues, the rental will be checked at the point of return. The rental manager will do a full walk through showing the customer how everything works before leaving the lot. We do assist over the phone as much as possible.
- Gulf State RVing is not responsible for any blow outs while towing camper.
- Gulf State RVing is not responsible for any vehicle problems that occurs after towing rentals.
Verify Extension of Auto Liability Insurance For Towable Trailers
Please verify that your auto liability insurance coverage extends to our travel trailer while you are towing it and send verification to us. This applies to auto liability insurance only, not collision or comprehensive. You do not need to purchase any additional insurance.
